Annual General Meetings are normally held early in the first week of August each year.

The Committee has 12 positions available of which 5 positions are Office Bearer positions.

Committee positions are normally for a 2 year period with 1/2 vacating alternative years.

This ensures that New Committee Members are always with experienced members.

WGQHA has adopted the Model Rules for an Incorporated Association available through Consumer Affairs Victoria.
